Haven't been able to post for the past few days because of computer problems. But everything was legit.

Rough, but I was able to do actual burpees for the second half

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs and egg white
sunflower seeds

Lunch
shrimp and red bell pepper in coconut oil

Dinner
Buffalo
asparagus
almond butter
