box jumps
pushups
Kipping Pullups
dips
burpees
wall balls
high rep squats
Knees to Elbows
Turkish Getups
Rowing
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Bench Press
Tuck Holds
Ring Holds

Things I Can't Even Do:
Muscle Up
Hand Stand
Hand Stand Push Up
Pistols
L-Sits
strict pullups (is there a way to work on these while working toward independent kipping pullups?)
Rope Climbs
Double Unders
