WOD:
Squat clean and thruster 4x1
65,75,85,95 Form was good and it was a PR on the thruster. Should they be easier or harder when coming out of a clean?

Metcon:
14:14
Lunges are slowly getting better

Breakfast:
Turbot
almond butter

Lunch:
Roast beef
broccoli
avocado

Dinner:
Eggs
zucchini and squash sauteed in olive oil
a little sunflower seed butter

Glad to see no irrational cravings today.

  1. Read the message board thread. Honestly I think the calorie count is good for some days, but maybe the average should be higher. For example, I'd set 1600 as a low day, with an average of 1750-1800, by having other days higher. I don't want you to wig out over calorie counting, so maybe just adding a little more food makes sense. I would also like to see more smaller meals, as opposed to just 3 larger ones.

    On the training front, just keep on keeping on. Maybe we'll do a benchmark long metcon in a little bit to see how you're improving in the long duration pathways.
