Rest Day

Meal 1:
4oz buffalo
almonds

Meal:2
salmon
gross salad that had nothing but iceberg lettuce and 2 slices of tomato on it with olive oil and vinegar

Meal 3:
8oz buffalo
.5 apple
almond butter

I did the 3 meals today because I had meeting scheduled at inopportune times.
