WOD: Team Murph
42:00, split down the middle with Dani. About 20mins less than my full Murph time.

Meal 1:
2 whole eggs scrambled with egg whites
Macadamia nuts

Meal 2:
4oz roast beef
sunflower seeds
1c broccoli

Meal 3:
4oz turkey
pumpkin seeds
1c carrots

Meal 4:
4oz chicken
1c broccoli
.5 apple
1tblsp almond butter
